Many thankful families participated in the 10th annual National Adoption Day that was celebrated in Pittsburgh at the Allegheny County Family Court on November 21st. An 18-month-old Family Hope Connection client, who his new parents lovingly call "Dizzy," had his adoption finalized during the ceremony.
